Book Club meeting via Zoom at 7:30 p.m. on Monday July 27th. We will be discussing the novel “Remarkably Bright Creatures” by Shelby van Pelt and the movie with Sally Field!

BOOST THE BAG PROGRAM The next pick up for 2026 is June 17th. Please consider bringing some non-perishable food and personal items to help “boost” the bags of fresh food from YRFN for families in need. Thank you.

Sharing with our Neighbours containers – Thank you for collecting your spare change to help the Sunday School support the Minister's Discretionary Fund which will be used to help our neighbours in need. Please return the containers today Sunday May 24thPentecost Sunday. Be sure to include your name printed on the inside tag so you can be credited for money donated as part of your tax receipt at the end of the year.

Offerings You may leave a donation in the offering plate at the entrance to the sanctuary. If you would like to be part of the PAR program, please speak with Jacquelin or leave a message at the office. Please indicate who the donation is from.

THANK YOU - We really want to thank all of the people who supported the Salins family leading up to and during the service on Friday May 22nd. The cemetery committee, the volunteers, the musicians, the ministers, the sound and Zoom technicians, the Ebenezer family who took the time to be here. You all played and important roll in helping to honour Joseph. His children were so thrilled with the outpouring of care and generosity of support that they received in the preparation of this sad and meaningful celebration of life. Joseph Salins was a pillar of our faith and ministry at Ebenezer United Church.

The United Church of Canada Foundation

What you should know

The United Church of Canada Foundation was established in 2002 to manage trusts and endowments to support the work of the church. A number of funds have been created. Congregations benefit from the Foundation in many ways including grants to support congregations for the service provided to their communities.
